ABOUT US
Hi, I'm Hayla, the licensed esthetician behind VB Skin Studio. I've been waxing professionally since 2022, from the fast-paced studios of Brooklyn to Glowbar and Sephora. Along the way I learned that a great wax isn't only about technique. It's about how you feel in the room. So I built VB Skin Studio to be different: a private, one-on-one space in Charlotte where you're never rushed and never judged. Every visit starts with fresh, single-use supplies and a sanitized room, and ends with aftercare that keeps your skin calm and smooth. Whether it's your first Brazilian or your fiftieth brow shape, you're in good hands. Private studio · Charlotte, NC · Address sent after booking
CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to hold every appointment and goes toward your service total. A card on file is also required at booking. Late Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you, so please arrive on time. - Up to 10 minutes late: no problem, and you'll get your full service. - 10–15 minutes late: your service may be shortened so the next client isn't affected, and the full service price still applies. - More than 15 minutes late: your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no-show. If you're running behind, please text me. A heads-up always helps. Cancellation Policy Life happens! Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. - 24+ hours' notice: free to reschedule, and your deposit carries over. - Less than 24 hours' notice: your deposit is forfeited. No-Show Policy If you don't show up and don't cancel, 50% of the service price will be charged to the card on file, and your deposit is forfeited. After two no-shows, you'll need to prepay in full to book again. Skin Check If you have a sunburn, open skin, or recently used retinol or other exfoliants, please reschedule. Waxing that skin can cause lifting and irritation. Letting me know 24+ hours ahead keeps your deposit safe. Emergencies are handled with grace and at my discretion. Thank you for respecting my time and my other clients' time. Deposit Policy A deposit is required to book every appointment. It holds your time slot, which is reserved just for you. How it works * Your deposit is applied to your service total, so you only pay the balance at your appointment. * Deposits are non-refundable. * With 24+ hours' notice, your deposit transfers to one rescheduled appointment. It must be used within 30 days, or it's forfeited. * With less than 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation, or a no-show, the deposit is forfeited. * An appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. Payment Deposits are paid online at booking by card. The remaining balance can be paid by card, cash, Tap to pay, or Zelle at your appointment. By booking, you agree to this policy. Thank you for understanding. It keeps my schedule fair for every client.
